BUSINESS PARTNER: REAL ESTATE SALES – ALVEO LAND CORP.

We are looking for a business partner willing and able to build a group/team of sales professionals to sell the property developments of Alveo Land Corp., an Ayala Land Company.

Alveo Land Corp., formerly Community Innovations Inc., is the company behind such well-known property developments as Two Serendra, The Columns Ayala Avenue, Senta, Treveia, and Verdana Homes Bacoor in Cavite. Armed with sharper foresight and creative minds, Alveo Land Corp. has well established its name as one of the country’s premier property developers.

To date, Alveo Land Corp. has the best property developments, as follows:

Two Serendra: Bonifacio Global City
Senta: Makati Central Business District
The Columns Legazpi Village: Makati Central Business District
The Lerato: Makati Central Business District
Treveia: Nuvali, Laguna
Venare: Nuvali, Laguna
Ametta Place: Pasig City
Verdana Homes Mamplasan: Biñan, Laguna
Celadon Park: San Lazaro, Manila
Marquee Place: Angeles, Pampanga

With this, we are looking for a business partner who can build a group of sales professionals to handle all existing projects of Alveo Land Corp.
Will have a 4% total commission rate (1% for business partner; 3% for his/her sales agent) – depending on project total commission rate.
Entitled to all incentives being given by Alveo Land Corp
Commission basis only/no allowance being given.
Willing and should be able to attend all seminars and trainings being provided and conducted by Alveo Land Corp.
Willing to register as a licensed real estate salesman of DBL Realty, under the license of Mr. Dave William Llaneta as Broker.
Part-time or full-time.
Must be willing to build a competent sales group with minimum of three salesman per Alveo project.
