I am looking for as many as two or three individuals who would be very interested in learning and performing the details about marketing on the internet.
This is a starting job – potentially for a college student – or bright individual with no experience.
Experienced persons will be considered but the initial salary will be low – and only increased after solid performance.
If you are experienced, meet the qualifications below, and are willing to start at very low pay just because you need a job – I will be able to increase your pay over time – if you perform well.
I realize times are hard.
I am looking for people who need an opportunity, but they must have the skills mentioned below.

All individuals must be
excellent in speaking and writing English.
Outstanding English communication is an absolute requirement – it is not negotiable.

Additionally, all individuals must be able to think and solve problems.
An inquisitive nature will be helpful.
And, usually, people, with a variety of personal interests, do very well in this environment.

Individual # 1 would be a somewhat creative person who understands people and how to relate to them.
A person who is good at attracting other people to enter conversation.
Then, through conversation, they can seduce the person they are conversing with to consider a different solution.
This is a skill women tend to be better at than men.
Are you good at persuading people to do things while being very subtle?
Then this might be a good fit for you.

If you have experience in writing articles or stories that would be a plus.
All training will be provided.

Individual # 2 would be a detail oriented individual.
This is someone who is a perfectionist at heart – who ensures everything is always done correctly.
This person will always ensure each task is completed before they claim to be finished.
They take pride in their work.
They can do monotonous chores with ease because they know the tasks have to be accomplished – not because they enjoy being bored.

This person is also rational.
They will question whether or not there might be a better way to accomplish a task – if they think they have a better idea – they will not just blindly do a task the way they were told to do – if they can see a better way.
They will raise questions and ask if they could perform the task differently.

This individual may be a programmer or enjoy programming, he or she may enjoy editing videos. They also realize they are intelligent – and not simply an average person.

Individual #3 is off the charts when it comes to communicating.
This person has their own Twitter and Facebook accounts (as well as two or three other social media accounts) and is always connected with people.
They can “read people” – understand how someone thinks just by reading text messages from them – without ever having met them.

This person enjoys knowing about the latest things and keeping up with everything going on in the world.
They find something interesting in almost every topic.
This person might also enjoy pretending to be other people and have fun acting as if they were someone else.
This person will be amazed that I am willing to pay them to talk and text.
But, again, conversational English – excellent conversational English – is a must.
